Robust Strawberry Salad

Robust Strawberry Salad - Candy Coated Culinista

I went strawberry picking for the first time and it was such a fun time. The berries were just bursting and vibrant. Of course when I got home and for the next few days I was binging on strawberries. I saved just enough to use in a few recipes to showcase these red gems.

My thoughts
In the summer I love an easy dish and this was fast and simple and full of flavour and not an oven in sight. When the temps get high hear and we are on day ten of a heatwave salads are the way to go.
